About Shelley Hourigan

Shelley Hourigan has been serving the Omaha real estate market since 2001 and brings more than two decades of experience helping clients successfully buy and sell homes. For Shelley, real estate is about more than transactions, it’s about building lasting relationships and delivering an exceptional experience every step of the way. Her commitment to going above and beyond for her clients has earned her numerous industry honors, including “Rookie of the Year” in her first year and many top sales awards throughout her career.

Since 2003, Shelley has specialized in new construction homes and has extensive knowledge of Omaha’s neighborhoods, builders, and communities. She has also mentored many new agents and instructed classes on working with buyers and sellers, sharing the expertise she has gained over the years.

Before beginning her career in real estate, Shelley worked at WOWT-TV in Omaha, giving her deep roots and connections within the community she proudly serves. She is licensed in Nebraska and is a member of the Omaha Area Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Shelley holds several professional designations including Certified New Construction Specialist, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and e-Pro through the National Association of Realtors.
